Default lowering my altima

hey i heard if you heat up your springs with a blow torch and drop it with a jack that it works and im debating weather i should or not.....if their is any suggestions then please tell me!!

actually, youre suposed to just torch the whole car, and let it burn to the ground.


please dont heat your springs.

haha that's wrong man.

Seriously if you're going to take the cheap way out, don't expect the best results. If you can fork over around 150-200 bucks and get yourself a nice set of springs you'll be much happier. I advise you to not do it, but it's your car.

torching springs causes dramatic spring rate changes and put you in danger of your springs breaking and can cause horrible traffic accidents. you best bet is to just cut the stock springs if you dont want to shell out a little cash for lowering springs. at least with cut springs, its still ghetto, but not as dangerous.
