Try "3M Window Weld" from Advance auto parts. Its pure urethane, and it's only $10.

I used that in my mounts when I realized they were cracked and rotted. The timing belt side mount was completely ripped apart inside, I just pushed stuff back into place and filled it up with the window weld and it seems to be holding fine. I have read that the cheap imitation stuff "pl window sealant" or whatever the off-brand is actually hardens up stiffer, which in theory would make for a stiffer mount, but I don't know if it works out in practice.

Be sure to get the red ones, since the black ones have been known to tear.
