Nismo is stronger, combine it with the pivot and get a $25 stainless line too while you're at it.
HKS makes one, it lists at like $485. (i havnt seen pics of it so i dont know why its so $$$)

or you get a z31 clutch master cylinder because it's 1) aluminum and 2) larger diameter than stock

The nismo slave gives you a longer engagement range, making grabby/short clutches easier to drive around town. I don't think that it's actually any stronger. It's like putting on a bigger brake master.
I don't know anything about Z31 clutch slaves, but I would guess that the weak non-turbo Z's wouldn't have any sort of fancy drivetrain stuff.
