Default power steering

well continuing with the 240sx problem list, having water pump and thermostat replaced yesterday , now my power steering is acting up .doesnt leak and fluid and is full to the top with fluid. when i turn the wheel left and roars lke a mother worst noise ever. when i turn the wheel to the right its as quiet as it would be new. could this be a belt problem or pump or pulley or anything else?

my racks make noise sometimes.. all sorts of groaning noise when i turn the wheel slowly because of my crazy camber / caster / etc.. the tire doesn't want to deform the way i'm telling it to.

if you get power steering both ways, let it rip!
