Default KA-T vs. Sr20det

I have a DOHC KA motor inside my 89 Nissan 240sx and I wanted to put a turbo in it. Should I make it into KA-T or swap a S13 Sr20det? I want to know what is better than the other. Your opinion please.

If I decided to go with the KA-T, does any one knows a shop that deals with KA-T for a decent prices? Hit me up with some info. Thanks!
