dont even bother witha n exhaust.. the ecu will correct any gains you make in a week or two regardless.

well y pipe has had proven gains, and also test pipes have had proven gains, the flows are more for the sound i am looking for not really doin it for hp... i was honestly surprised how the flows sounded i really liked the deep tone and rumble...

If you're going to spend money on getting mufflers anyway, why don't you just kick in the extra couple hundred and get a full cat-back, like these guys are saying? I'm sure if you look around some of the 350z forums you will eventually find someone selling a used exhaust. Try looking around these sites:

As far as a good sounding exhaust, from the clips that I've heard, both the Borla and the Injen SES sound very good. Supposedly no rasp, not ricey at all, and they're both true dual exhausts...dynos shown at about 13hp/13tq gains for both exhausts.

Or you could take the money from exhaust/y-pipe/headers and just man up and get a Nitrous Express wet kit

like i said, you botl the exhaust right on, and it will do 12-14 hp more than stock. sometimes 20 ft lbs more.

one or two months later the cars are dynoing stock #s again.

gotta love CVTC.

the technosquare ecu is junk as well.. jwt won't be a whole lot better. eliminating the self correcting algorythym will be lots of fun. nobody has cracked it as of recent.
