jesse, by lower portion do you mean the vertical bar in the center of the bumper? if you take that out, you'll have to take out the part in the chin spoiler too, as it extends there as well.

now if you are talking about the very bottom horizontal portion of the stock bumper, then no i have not seen that and even with taht cut out and the chin spoiler on...it will probably look ghetto.

 

Do you speak of aftermarket fronts Jesse...if so...one word.....Vertex....one of the sexiest kits out there.
