brek lights wont turn off, help plz
my car is off and key is out and all my lights r off but my break lights WTF??? how do i fix that ne1? plz help

a little rubber grommet on the brake pedal pushes in a button (very similar to your nuetral safety switch), well that broke meaning nothing is pushing in the button on the brake switch meaning the brake lights are always on

the grommet is small and costs about $2-$3 from the dealership. if you can find a nut and bolt with a loc-washer then rig it on the break pedal so that itll pushed in the brake switch. make sure you adjust the brake switch too.

i had the same problem but didnt catch it right away. ruined my battery to where it could hold a full charge for more than 10 min. mellted my brake lights down too. spent $150 on new bulb housings and a 3rd light for my coupe
