my friend just got a 93 240 w/ the stock ka and it's having some idling issues.w/ the a/c off,it stalls right out immediately after its started,but if u have the a/c on,it idles real low(about 500rpm) and it acts like it wants to stall.any comments/suggestions on what u think this may be?thanks alot

 

bump the idle up a bit

 

is that idle adjustment screw located on the throtle body?i kinda looked but couldnt find it

 

any more suggestions?

 

Make sure you disconnect the TPS before you adjust the idle

 

What I do is disconnect the ~18pin connector right at the throttle body. Then adjust the idle screw located between the firewall and the rear section of the intake manifold. Adjust the screw until it's around 600rpm. Then, plug the connector back together.
