ka throttle body
it is small. very small. i dont like it one bit, so...
what are the alternatives to an upgraded throttle body?
i have one 4.6gt mustang piece. that is a good bit bigger, would it be ok? whould any ecu problems come up? what all would be needed to upgrade the maf as well?
i think just letting the KA flow more air in (and out) should be enough for now.
thank you all.

Yea. How much, exactly, do you know about the KA throttle body? Do you want to swap because you want to list "TB" as a mod?
Without any flames.. here ya go.
a) The KA tb is an upgrade for 300zx guys.
b) The KA tb is the perfect match for the KA intake manifold.
c) The KA tb is nearly 3", which is more than enough.
d) The largest KA intake is 3", unless it's custom.
e) The 3" tb and 3" intake and 3" intake manifold inlet = perfect.
Now. To swap, you'd need to bore out the manifold (you *might* get 1/2" out of it. If you pushed it). Then convert the bolt pattern. Then make sure your super-taught throttle lines hook to the new tb. If not, remove and replace both throttle cables. Followed by somehow attaching the electronics to the new throttle body.
Finally. I fucking hope a Mustang tb is larger. The motor is nearly twice the size.
Bigger is not always better. In this case, I don't see a logical reason to "upgrade", as the benefits, if any - especially NA, will be far, far less than the labor and customization involved.
