how do I get it off, Ive searched and searched and all I can find is how to take off the drivers side. I have done all the steps to get the drivers side off but the oh **** bar is still holding it on. I cant figure it out help me please

 

theres a large phillips scredriver that screws into the oh shit handle, you have to take that screw out, and then twist the handle approximately 90 degrees, then it pulls out.

theres another litle cover that you take out with a regular #2 phillips near teh mirror, and then it pops off on the bottom.

dont forget to remove the little tray / window switch piece iether.
