Anyone from the KA Crew Available?
Hey all,
I'm gonna prepare my car for 550cc Inj. and Z32 MAF. I have all the gear but I want to remove my intake manifold and install my polished one.
The polished one is a OBDII version but I'll grind the extra mounts off. Anyways, while the mani is off, I want to re-route all the ECU wiring underneath.
If anyone can come down to MacDill during the week at 3:30PM-6:30PM I'd appreciate some extra hands at the shop.
Thanks,
Jesse

EGR is still hooked up, I'll eventually get it capped.
I'm going to polish the OBDI manifold once it comes off unless someone wants to keep it ceramic coated?
I only forsee having time to replace the top of the mani instead of the entire thing. Polishing the bottom half is much harder - a lot of tighter areas to work with.
Thanks anyways guys, nothing I can't handle,
Jesse

.....and in the end Jesse, it wouldn't be worth it anyways seeing as how the portion of that lower half you can see, is almost nill.....I thought about it to, but rather had it powdercoated gloss black to atleast make it look a tad better than it did.
I would love to be able to help you man.......it's really a cinch....make sure you're easy on both of the intake mani gaskets or you'll have to get new ones.
Feel free to call if you run into any problems....

Bill, thanks for the cell #, much better than calling your work!
I'll use the 700 degree copper gasket to make a good seal. Hasn't let me down.
Yeah, top portion should take me about 2hrs after running the wiring and such.
Thanks!
