As long as the person saying it is willign to accept the consequences of the laws they break. You cant have it both ways. you cant say F- the govenrment adn then bitch about when they bust you. You just have to say Oh well i'll try again.

that is my only complaint with these type situations. most people are all about F- the government until it is time to pay the piper for THEIR choice to break a known law. Hypocritical people piss me off. A smart person who is breaking laws knows what laws they are breaking and the possible reprocussions of getting caught. they analyze the situation and determin if the reward is greater than the risk.
