I paid for my front clip with the money I got from the second time my DSM got hit. I would just be worried that they may try and total it out. That would really suck.

 

i'm sure your car is paid off so the insurance company is going to consider it a total loss.......which means you need to make sure you can keep the wrecked 240sx . Once you do that, you can assure yourself that you can swap everything over once you get the new 240sx. Sounds like to me that your car is going to be loss which is very sad especially when I went through it . Always keep your car at home and no company of any kind picks that thing up and takes it to salvage yard. Good luck....

If they want to total my car out over a basic "fender bender," they can kiss my paper white ass. They will fix my shit. Charles from Z-fever confirmed that he can get a Silvia front in a week...so I am stoked. I get to hear from the ajuster today hopefully from the offender's insurance co. I am hoping for some good news.

go look at the bluebook and minus that around 500bucks to maybe 1000 and thats how much your car is worth stock value. I think you know if the actual damage is 80% of your car, kiss that baby good bye.....but if not damn your lucky

His insurance company isn't going to be able to take my car away. I am not worried. It is purely cosmetic damage and I want my car back the way it was before his ass backed over it. However much that is , is how much they are going to have to pay. Or they will give me the cash to get another like mine. The deductable does not apply to me as I was not at fault...I will just get a check for the full amount.
