So i've read in a few online sites that there is a possiblity of the M30/Q45 Differential working on a 240sx. They say that it uses the R200 Differential? Is there any truth to this Differential working on a 240sx? Also if anyone knew the years which had the 6 bolt flange that would be great!!!

Also on the Q45 which do I ask for? The one with traction control or with out?

if you get the 5 bolt axles they will work too.Thats what i did to mine when i swapped diffs.

M30 has a totally differnet pumpkin


both will not bolt in.

Is there a certain year that would fit? "Shadytrixta1" said he just needed Axles???

mine is a J30 lsd from im guessing an earlier year cause its the 5 bolt star pattern instead of the 3-2 pattern.and all we did was swap the diff and axles.so far no problems.just make sure you put the right axle on the right side because there is a slight difference in length.

most people use J30's if they're gonna get a used lsd.

yeah but they are getting really hard to find...and the Q45 diff's are only $100 here as compared to the J30/300zx they want $300 without axles
