run some tb cleaner through throttle body, play with the iacv so that idle is steady... see if it still tries to drop... ermm if you are sitting at idle... try to lower both windows at the same time and when they are both fully down keep the button pushed for anther 3 seconds... does your idle drop while its being held down??

Eh, holding 2 window switches at the same time, I read in a manual (forget which car) could cause damage (fuse, wiring, not sure where)

/sigh.
Check your fan clutch. As well as water pump (weep holes).
Both of those will only work/do work when the car is heated up, and would cause the idle to drop, and could attribute to shaking.
