injector size....

Default injector size....

i got the bottom end together on my sr20de (into det)

87mm cp 8.5:1 pistons
eagle 4340 h beams
total seal rings



looking to run around 25lbs (max)

whats right around the right injector size?

i heard msd 50lb i was just wanted to see what you guys thougt.

ok...WHY total seal rings? use the rings that come with the CP's

also..the 50# injectors will only get you to 350 hp unless you go to a JWT 4-bar program...but i hate JWT so i never reccomend that. especially if you are goign to want to run 25 psi boost becasue that means 85 psi fuel pressures!! WAY TO HIGH...you'll kill the walbro in no time like that.

Yea.. total seal rings suck for KA people, and I'd assume if Enthalpy dislikes them, they also suck for SR. If you want a gapless ring, they have rings that you file down to size, and eliminate a gap.
You should also make a hp goal, rather than a boost goal, because (example) a KA-T guy made 380hp@23psi, and another made 377@14psi. A power goal allows you to figure out the fuel needs by the BSFC formula, rather than an arbitrary boost goal. And 25psi on a turbo that large you're going to need 72# injectors or possibly more.
