Default Clutch pedal re-install problems

I had to replace the push rod which goes into the clutch master cylinder. It required me to have to remove the clutch pedal.

I'm trying to put the clutch pedal back on but it almost seems impossible. I can put the large pin through the top part but then I can't get the spring on. Or I can put the spring on first but I can't get the holes to line up to put the pin through.

Who here has replaced their clutch master cylinder and how did you get the pedal to go back on properly? I dunno which order I should go about re-installing it.

Any help would be great.

it should be straight forward bolt back in and put the clips on.

I have all the proper parts. I just can't get the spring to go onto the clutch pedal. Does anyone know how to install it?

you took the wrong stuff apart. could have been 2 bolts and a pin.

like un bolting the master cylinder from the firewall. then taking off the pin that connects the master cylinder piston/rod to the top of the pedal. then pull the master out. replace the rod and reassemble.

From what I've gathered lately, I honestly believe that now...
