when you are thinking turbo...dont think PSI...think TQ or HP. PSI only measures MANIFOLD pressure not cylinder pressures.
Stock SR sleeves have gone as high as 600. but they they become a liability around 500. at 400 they will run all day with no problem.

I highly recommend JWT cams. Compared to many other popular SR20 cams, they have the most area under the lift curve. For turbo applications, I would get a set of S4 cams. These will give you a lot more top end power without sacrificing any low end torque.
