Alright guys here's the thing, I should be trading my Integra for an S13 today. The only thing is that the car wont turn over he says. I was curious of some people could help me out with a list of diagnostics that can be performed? TIA.

Yeah I wont be able to check it until the car gets to my house (he lives in clearwater im in cape coral). I was just hoping there were a few things I could check so i know it wont be anything to expensive. It is an Automatic if that helps narrow things down.
