Someone gained 12 or 15 hp at the wheels by adding a 3" exhaust. Someone on FreshAlloy. Maybe even Alex the Moderator. The one drawback.. will be noise. 3" on NA KA will be louder than crap. I know, because I have one of the best exhaust suppressor's, and my N1 dual is exceptionally loud.

rotary mufflers own

i think if you went with a 70mm exhaust (~2.75"), you might be okay, but its more dependant on the design of the exhaust and the amount of resonators it has. n1 style will be louder than stock design piping such as the RS*R ExMag or something a little more tame like the 5zigen border III. greddy pe is a great exhaust if you are looking for 60mm piping (~2.5"). if you plan on staying n/a, i would recommend the greddy pe or the border III.
