my car needed the wire cut and the sensors unplugged. but it hits around 160 mph... weee.. bouncer i hope ur not planning on going 100 on those tires.. u might not be with us anymore

 

yea like matt said i guess some ecu's are different. all i did was cut the speed sensor and it works fine. no problems at all

 

yes i know this is an old thread but i was bored and i found it and none of you all that responded answered the question correctly, so i will do that honor. I just blew up my SOHC's head gasket like 2 weeks ago, it was a 5-spd with like 150K on it, take the ecu from an auto SOHC and pop it in there, your done, no more speed limiter, no fuel cutoff, bury the speedo till the car wont go any faster, fastest i ever reached in mine was 5500 rpms in 5th gear on the interstate going towards brooksville.


oh yeah by the way, i got videos to prove how fast i got, so if any in doubt just PM me for the proof.
