Hey rinku i would be glad to help you im just not to sure on the whole tps thing, other than that i can get the aicv off cleaned and back on.I hated every time i did mine though.Its just more annoying than hard.

Just thinking of doing IACV first fully clean by taking it all off, not just the carb cleaner in pipes deal......anywho......

I won't use it against you - if I was that kinda person, I wouldn't have come over to help...

Keep me updated with both S13/S14. Perhaps I we can work on the S14 on the weekend.

PS - I updated the IACV cleaning process in my 1st post above.

Also, Brake parts cleaner wasn't really cleaning the IACV housing or Idle screw.......Luckily Jesse had a can of Carb Cleaner in his car so we didn't have to make an extra trip to Parts store. Once sprayed by Carb Cleaner, things were getting cold....*Literally* but it was working and taking the buildup away......

I am at work and the s13 ran just like it did before without any problems. Once warmed up, idles at perfect 700rpms.

why are you guys putting the IACV back on. take it out, cut the wires, and block the hole. ill make you a few block plates for egr and stuff for $25. the only things you need on the manifold are the brake booster vaccum, FPR regulator vaccum, coolant sensors, and one other thing but cant remember.

Taylor also gave me another suggestion which was to plug the IACV hole and the Hose that came off of it.....and than bump up the idle from the Throttle body screw to 1k rpm. Essentially not going thru IACV at all.

I wanna leave this car stock as it can be and hell it didn't cost anything to get it work right. One day i may sell this car and would like it to be in perfect stock condition for a premium sale.

If yah keep taking stuff off, you may just end up like Russ's car...NOW WHO WOULD WANT THAT..All Stripped & Naked.(inside joke)...
