my s14 is running, but i don't have my exhaust manifold anymore, header. is my car any use?

My engine is completely stock. If you guys are at the shop tomorrow I have the day off so I could bring it down there whenever you want. Can I ask one favor though? Check to see why my car stutters at cruising speed when I have my S-AFC hooked up for the air flow meter part. Just a request, I don't really care if you don't look at it. But I am willing to be a guineau pig.
