Will installing NISMO performance parts void an extended warranty?

I would really doubt it. Im almost 100% on doubting it 
But this is definately a question you should just ask the dealership. I know other manufacturers dont void warranties for installing their performance parts, but nissan has surprised me enough as it is.

the parts for the 350z and spec v that have the s-tune badging will not void warranty. all parts for other cars are r-tune, and are not good for warranty
