i was wondering what parts/modifications have to be made to run Q45 front calipers on a s13? i.e. do i have to swith to s14 spindles and hubs or can i just get the Q45 rotors drilled for 4 lug and bolt the caliper on? Will te Q45 spindle and hub bolt onto the s13 lower control arm?

 

just re drill, or convert to 5 lug.

the brakes bolt up.
