There are many upgrades from stock turbos off other generations, to bolt on aftermarkets, to full blown big turbo kits. We keep the GT25r in stock which is a direct bolt on replacement capable of 400whp or more. We are also the distributor for Power Enterprise which has two great bolt on kits using nice IHI ball bearing turbos. An s15 turbo can net you 300whp

350-450??? its ur first car and thats your goal? hope you have lots of money because you're going to need more than just an unpgraded turbo. also, research is a good thing to do.
