240sx milky oil
240sx milky oil
Took the valve cover to find what looked like chocolate mousse, Water some how got mixed with the oil. Could this just be the head gasket being blown out as I was told, or does anyone think it could be more than that (Piston sleeves, ect.)?
a little greased lightning will clean it out, but deffinetly get it deck for straightness at a machine shop. PM me if you need to find one, im a regular at one and can probably get you a discount. you're also gonna need to clean out the fouled cylinder (if you leave it long, it'll fill with a rusty paste) but when you clean that DO NOT SCRATCH THE BLOCK SURFACE, only use soft rags, and light degreaser.

he can fix it for less than $100 or he can spend $300 and go to xat and get a motor. then spend more on the wiring harness. oh and dont forget the ecu. not everyone has $400+ laying around. also why do they race the single cam in the scca and not the twin cam. why are there more performance parts for the single cam and not the twin cam. i can even find an intake manifold for the single cam.

buy a twice cam, install it. it is not worth repairing that once cam in any way
