Post SR Project in the making...

I didnt want to cluster my other thread with the pictures and such that I am going to start off on with this thread. I picked up the clip this morning around 9am while I was at work and wanted to post some pics of what I've done so far. This is a thread in progress and I will try and update it for anyone who is interested in seeing how a DYI'er gets it done

W&D Truck Lines brings my Clip from Jarco in GA, to my job in Tampa...FREE of chargeD

Then I unloaded it and reloaded it with our forklift onto a standard 4x4 truck. We only did it this way because we were going to far, and had all the nessacary hardware to do such.

Then we brought it back to the casa...

Which ended a few hours later in a result of this...

Even had the Factory 180sx Key in it

And the owners/Maintence manual...anyone read Japanese?

And the 180sx Fuel Pump

Which eventually will make its way into this...

Jarco also gave me a replacement radiator and shroud because mine had been in a small crunch. Stay tuned for more...if I have the time to take more pics..and I will resize these if they are too big

I got it from Jarco in GA...not sure if they had any S14 clips...the tranny has a brand new exedy clutch in it...and when I say brand new, I mean when you pull the tranny off, it looks spotless in there. As if they changed the clutch and resurfaced the flywheel, then got rid of it.

UPDATE...I started at 2pm and so far between shooting the shit, taking many a pepsi breaks, I've managed to undo all the hoses, remove the radiator and shroud, remove the harness, remove the smic, and remove the ecm(2 minutes). For never have dealt with Nissans before or any type of turbo motor, removing the smic took the longest time...radiator and shroud was second because a corner of the car was pushed up against it and I could get to a few bolts. Stay tuned for more throughout the week.

Your documentation sounds a lot like what I did! Just don't forget to take pics of everything. When I went back and edited, I was missing a lot of stuff. I'm currently reorganizing, and inserting it into a different design. Check it out: http://www.carbonite.org/~epstein/sr20.html
