I get 33% off from Turbonetics who retails the revhard manifold for roughly $500.

Buy a JGS Tools log manifold and con your friend into welding it. That's what I'm doing. Plus you could make it look trick and get the SS one for a little extra dough.

The SS is CRAAPPPPP!!! You could go the route of the JGS mani, but that could be a PITA. I would recommend either the RevHard with minor modifications, or just wait for Mattback to come out with his. The revhard, though, does fit either a T3 or a T4 turbine housing inlet flange and can also accomodate either the tial or deltagate wastegates. Most people say that the mani from revhard needs cut between the ports and the holes redrilled oversive consecutively larger from the center out. I agree!

Revhard isnt a manifold...its a master cylinder heater. its t3 AND t4 flanged. has 8 bolt holes for use of either style turbo. i believe you should use on center housing to keep the clearances good.
some generations cracked. some dont.

jgs = easy, find a fab shop, have them do it. might take a day to remove your stock header and bolt it on and hold the turbo while someone makes marks to where it should go but it will be cheaper. wont crack.

tom rice manifold = very nice piece, but he only made a few and stopped making them. pricey tubular copy of the revhard, but there was no demand for it.

fmax manifold = good clearances, good quality, kinda pricey, maybe get lucky on ebay. cipmotorsports.com sells these seperately if interested.

iap manifold = super tubular crazy $700 manifold. at first i thought it was worth it but i hear the copies dont look like the one on the website as far as the quality goes and i heard one already cracked or was just shit.

etd racing manifold = just released. decently priced, good placement of the turbo it seems. personally looking into getting one. 425 or 450 for stainless.

custom = might run you less than everything, depends how intricate and materials, etc, hookups you get.

unstable hybrids = theirs are nice but they dont make them at this time. very limited, and their under new management so might not make u one at this time.

all but the custom or jgs would be bolt on though.
