Platinum Spark Plugs?
My 98 240 came with platinum spark plugs from the factory. Is that only for a a longer maintenance period? or does the car run better on a platinum plug? 
So...
Should I go with the NGK Iridium IX
(3764) '91-'98 DOHC Nissan KADE Motors – BKR6EIX-11 - $5.40/plug (4 required per car)
or
The NGK V Power Coppers
(2762) '91-'98 Nissan 240SX 16 valve motor - BKR6E-11 - $1.80 each plug ( 4 required per car)

platinum by nature runs hot but lasts a long time. iridium however runs cooler. dont know how long it lasts though.

iridiums are as close to the power of copper as you can get, but they last alot longer than coppers thats why people choose them, I dont mind changing my plugs often so i keep coppers
