heres a complete list
clutch pedal ass'y
clutch master
clutch line
clutch slave
5 speed transmission w/throw out bearing & shifter
pilot bushing
flywheel
clutch ass'y
transmission shim (in between motor and trans)
manual transmission bracket
manual transmission driveshaft
remove metal colar in the end of the crankshaft on the auto motor and install the pilot bushing in its place
then take lower trans harness from automatic and remove the big grey clip that has only two wires (black and brown). cut off this plug and connect the two wires. plug it back inot its home on the relay box (nuetral safety switch)
cut brake pedal in half; dont swap out the whole assembly. its too muchj of a PITA

you are the man taylor
now does it matter exactly where i cut the master cylinder whole
i know there's already a cutout in the mat inside the car. is that accurate enough to just drill where the mat whole is?

well, if theres a stenciled hole where the master goes, i'd probably say its a pretty gaddamned good acurate place to put it. look under the dash and you'll see where to drill.

I was told the TPS is different on the auto cars due to the computer needing to see when to downshift. Ever heard that?

jay, the Auto TPS is different than the manual because it has 3 more wires that run to the auto trans computer. these 3 wires tell the computer when your at closed, wot and the ground.
you can use the auto tps with manual cars, just use the 3 wires (white -signal to ecu) lt green/red - tps power (black -ground to ecu NOT TO CHASSIS) pin 27 iirc.

if u buy an exedy clutch at clutchcity it comes with a pilot bearing and throw out bearing, and its a 250$ clutch and the guy will cut off AT LEAST 100.. so expect to get it for like 125. and its a good clutch, i use one and i beat the heell out of it

there is also a better way to drill that hole. you dont.
use a greenlee hole punch for the firewall hole, they are available in MANY MANY sizes, usually electricians have these tools (for punching holes in gangboxes or steel studs)
comes with 2 dies, a smaller and larger die, and a large threaded stud and nut.
simply wrench the nut down and you get a perfect, sharp clean hole. no warping, no damage. and all in like 15 seconds.
