I am finally starting my KA-T project. When I am done I will have a complete, w/ pics, install and how-to. I got my intercooler tonight and began fitting it. Unfortunately I have to get rid of my fog lights for it to fit. I also cut off the front part of the frame (the slanted piece in the front that doesn't do jack ishnit.) Lesson learned tonight: Do not pick up a piece of sharp metal you just cut off with a grinder because it goes through your skin like a hot knife through butter.

Just thought I would share. I will be looking for input at the Nissan meet on how to make my project go smoothly and get some ideas of things should generally be done.

I may or may not make it out to the meet also, depends on if my friend works Sunday. If not, me and him are gonna replace my IACV and weld some piping together.
My site is back up, and it has "Turbo install v.1 - Intercooler-less po-boy 4psi" write up. I haven't gotten to do "KA-T v.2 - How to build a forged KA and hook it up" or any other install writeups, because I'm a) lazy b) working on my car still, or c) both a&b.
