Im looking into buying a 89ish 240 with a 95KA motor. What size is it 2.4? power-output ? potential? he said its a 4cyl.

still a 2.4 rated at 155hp/160tq. depending on mileage it should still be in decent running shape and output. if the price is right id go for it. better potential than an SOHC that would originally have been in that year car.

 

under a 1g for the car, needs to be put back together though. just wondering on bolt on turbos ICs reliability and such, motor has 52kmi on it. I know they have hot body kits, not imm. All motor first haha.
but uh...oh yea. Some of the ones i have seen seemed to have like monster A$$ tires on it, are they normally...not proportional or do most ppl put huge profile tires?

in all honesty id be wary of someone elses project like that.

try to find a running one for around the same price.

 

well he doesnt even have it all in, i guess it needs some wiring done, and a power steering pump...motor supposedly has 52kmi on it.
man finding a 240 is a pain the butt, but my brother has some friends that are cool that could find one for me maybe. blah.

there not too hard to find at all...actually if u want one thers a parts car at Land O ' Lakes used auto parts junk yard for $1000 obo ,perfect body , tint, beautiful condtion in and out i think the motor is bad ill check and try to get a pic if u want..its a deal and a half for the condition of it, i thought about selling mine and then buy that one and swap it but i cant do that right now
