considering my exhaust does have a tendency to bottom out at random times during the day iam not doubting this theory, iam ging to do a whole gasket replacement, tighten down everything on saturday... and from what you told me on the phone iam pretty confident its ust a little loose... ahem *caugh* i wonder what that "rattling" noise is when its at idle lol IT ALL COMES TOGETHER!

Took me 6 hours, and I've done it before. Drain coolant, disconnect oil and water fittings, disconnect downpipe, disconnect intake, disconnect hot pipe, unbolt manifold, remove oil/water tubing, pry off and unbolt turbo/mani bolts and holders, unbolt O2 housing, unbolt intake elbow. Now its out! Assembly isn't any faster either. The oil/water fittings to the block can suck, too. Don't forget about the new exhaust manifold gasket! I suggest Mr Gasket full copper for 93 Sentra SE-R.

Didn't answer my question. Did you replace the gaskets and did it solve the problem? Or did you blow it off?

the way i figure, ive asked many people and they are leaning to the turbo being blown... and with that many people saying it i think to save time just replace the turbo as well instead of just replacing the gaskets... but if we are in the process and notice that the turbo is actually very llose or the gasket has like a chunk missing hehe then yeah.... but from the sounds i dont hear any exhaust leaks... and from help with others it sounds like the turbooooo
