Pistons
Ok one of my pistons got dented in a nitrous accident...and now i need new ones...i can't find any really high compression pistons like i want (11.5:1 to 13.5:1). Could i use the 89mm 300z Jun pistons? or another 89mm Z piston...would compression be far off? i know this is a difficult question. any help is appreciated!

sweet. i'll have to get in touch with them and see how much... what do you guys think about 12.5:1? thats still within the reach of pump gas right (premium of course)

Could I ask why you want to run 12.5:1 compression and nitrous? The extreme compression would only net you like 15% horsepower, or about 22hp on a ka24de. Also, I don't know you or your car, but ka-e pistons in a ka-de are good for 11.1:1 or something close. If you're not running a KA, disregard my post

why would it only net me like 15%? You're saying that there is too much compression for the nitrous to detonate?!
Matt, i have my rom tuned by JWT for 11.5:1...would it run crappy with 12.5:1? if so how long till SS has the KA tuning capabilities? I know u guys were workin on it, and have been for a while.

1 point of compression is usually a 5% bump in horsepower. Nitrous will make the fuel burn hotter, and the jacked up compression will also add heat. You should really consider forged pistons in my opinion, along with plenty of fuel.
