Default Exhaust for 1990 300Z

Hey guys, just wonderin what kinda exhaust systems are out on the market right now that do the 300z tt justice. as of now i cant have any turbo back exhaust, (i made a deal with my dad that if we got a TT i wouldnt do any serious mods to the power plant) so i need to get a good cat back. one that makes a nice deep rumble and produces decent numbers is what im lookin for thanx for the help guys.

I once went really fast in my car...it was scary.

There are lots. If you want to stop by the shop, I can show you the options. We carry many in stock and generally have several you can hear.

Default My personal suggestions

1.) The HKS Hyper: For the money I like the Hypers, $600 or less and they flow terrificly.

2.) Z Tuner's B&B Copy $650 or so.

Both of those exhausts are cost effective and flow very well. It just basicly comes down to a personal opinion on the looks. Hope that helps.

i hear lots of good things about the Lebree (sp?) exhaust for the 300ZX. talk to the folks over at tt.net (better yet search around over there), there have been many posts on this topic there. good luck.

Lebree is great, but more $$$ I agree you should search around on TTNet. I've been an active member of TTNet for 5 years, and there is one thing that aggrivates everyone to no ends, noobs posting with out searching first.

He's not yelling at you, he's warning you that if you do goto tt.net that questions like this will get you flamed so you should search there. He's doing you a favor but your reading comprehension got the best of you.

Personally I got the Greddy Evo for $650 shipped off ebay. I think www.boost-solutions.com has them.

I have had 2 different set-ups on my Z . I started with the Greddy sp cat-back. IT was pretty loud, had a raspy sound to it . Some people like it, some don't. Now i have the B&B triflo cat back on there now and i love the tone of it! Real low tone that ins't really loud until you get on the throttle good. My Z is a NA so i think that the exhaust is louder on na's than on tt's even though i have extra resonators. Someone correct me if i'm wrong here.

Please read Rob's post again thoroughly. understand it, be at one with it. ok? Now please tell me how you misinterpreted his post as a flame?

His previous posts indicate that he was trying to give you helpful advice. Hell, he even took the time to post pics.

I think you owe him an apology.
