middle timin chain gear trq?

middle timin chain gear trq?
what is the trq for the middle timing chain gear. i have no clue so i think i might just trq it down to about 100ft lbs like that cam sprockets.

the camshaft sprokets are 123-130ft lbs and the all mighty chilton book says nothing about the tq specs on that middle sprocket

i was looking at the jim wolf web site and the said the cam sprockets were supposed to be 101-116

well i found a free prf format shop manual and wow was i off by a lot. the cam sprockets were indeed 130 ft lbs, but the idler gear is defanately only 48-61ft lbs.
