Default really anoying clutch problem

here's my problem, when the car is cold or has sat for a considerable amount of time the clutch peddle feels normal and the engagement point is a little bit under half way pushed in. when it is driven for a while the peddle becomes stiffer and the engagement point raises towards the top and i'm afraid that it's not fully engaging the clutch. a new clutch was installed and i hoped that the problem would go away but it hasn't. i would really like to get this fixed before drift day so any thoughts would be great
