300zx MAF/ J30 MAF

Does a 300zx MAF interchange with a J30 MAF? My girlfriend’s father has a salvage yard. She look up the part in her computer and it says they interchange. Is this true?

should, they are both vg30de.

Depends, what versions/ years are both cars. Same gen. should be interchangable unless it's a Z32 which has dual throttle bodies thus the maf is tuned for more air flow.

both have the same vg30de with dual throttle bodies and yes they are the same

So I can run this upgrade with my super AFC 2 and it will work the same as a z32

isn't there a hp limit on the j30????? I believe the z32 can produce up 500 hp.....
