How bad is it?

Ok here is the problem this kid just bought a 240 and he asked me how bad this problem was. The main shock tower "body panel" that connects to the main support was riped off because he didnt bolt up the suspension tight. Well i was wondering how bad would this really be, and if its really easy repairable. Here is a little illistration.
