Nice numbers, but damn, Holy 1250 rpm powerband Batman! I don't know how sr's do on the high-rpm side of things, but if ever there was a car that needed an upgraded valvetrain and 9000+ rpm, that's the car.

Fuel is 124 or 126 octane , JWT 264 cams, and I think he had power 8' or 9's

I just read that vp c16 is 118 MON, which supposedly equals 123-124 us pump octane (RON+MON/2).

jordan,

c16 is a very stable fuel that actually has the same RON and MON numbers. also from the the VP website C16 has a MON of 117.
