I wonder which subframe spacers are better? SPL or the "Specialtyz" ones?

Also would these sub-frame spacers cure the Clunking/Thumping noise, when I brake hard, shift and acclerate?

Subframe spacers aren't supposed to cure the noise, they cause the noise.

Oh...what I meant not to cure the "noise" but to prevent the reason the noise happens....kinda like something is lose , but I don't know what to look for?
SO far Diff bushing and subframe spacers, seem to be everyones answers.......BTW...the car has a tow hitch if that means anything?

Sorry for being Off topic, Dan, Congrats on all your new parts!
