Question SeCuRiNg yOuR HeAd!?

ok...i've had some difficulties (ruined 2 ka's) with my once cams:
warped head...warped block...warped head....blown headgasket; you name it its gone wrong...I don't think it likes the 11:1cr AND the 100 shot. Finally i think i have a solution:
1).040 metal head gasket
2)ARP head bolts
3)less NO2...maybe not

what do ya'll think? Will it work? is it worth testing?

where are you getting a .040 metal headgaasket from.

the only one i know of is made by Paeco, and its copper, which means you need to oring the deck around each cyl

arp makes head studs for the ka ? pretty cool

maybe instead of less nitrous, better tuning?

its realnissan.com they have the .040 metal head gasket, another company headgasket.com makes copper head gaskets for the ka aswell.
yea i just remembered that ARP doesn't make them for the ka...that sucks, any other company that does?
as soon as i can get this fucker running i'm taking it to SS to help me work out the kinks.

also: im swapping everything from the warped head out (stainless valves, springs, retainters, solid lifters, and the hella-cam) to the new one. To re-do the timing after i reattach the head to the block(which the No.1 cylinder is already at TDC), do i spin the cam until the front exhaust valve is all the way up, then attach the timing chain?
