I had a set on my S14, which are now for sale and I loved them. They will not give you quite the stiffness of the HE or FLEX models but they can give you a very good setup for Auto-x or drifting. I plan on buying another set for my S13.

Had them on my mr2 and they worked great. They are on order for my skyline. I have heard the JICs are slightly better but depending on the car they can be much more money. They are pretty similar in price for the 240sx i believe.
