Default 95+ 240sx Headlights

Hey

Since I can't drive my car, and really miss having a car in general. I get bored really easy and try to find things to do that are car related, so I decided to clean my 240sx yellow headlights.
. I went to PepBoys and bought Blue Magic's Plastic & Plexiglass cleaner and light scracth remover$5.99, Blue Magic Metal Polish Creme $4.97, and some 800 grit sand paper $2.99.

First I wet sanded the headlights, most of the yellowish bluidup came off. Then I took the Plastic Cleaner with a rag and clean each headlight 2 times, then I used the metal polish and cleaned it twice with that as well. Look as clean as the glass one IMO?

Heres the pics

LOL...I get it now .... Damn...I'm slow

Why did you use metal polish on the glass? Did you notice any scratches on the lights when you wet sanded the lights?
They were a whole bunch of hairline scratched, but they all buffed out with the cleaner and the polish. I used metal polish becuase it was recommended on the side of the plastic cleaner

I had some of those Nokya Purple Bulbs, 5 months later... I don't. They break to easily. Stick with Sylvannia.

Stock, or a real HID kit. dont settle for ricer bulbs that blow out every 3 months and are $60 + a pop. gotta pay to play though. ebay has deals.

also theres astrowax or whatever it is thats rare to find but rinku had his lenses done by brian with tahts stuff.
