yah taylor i remember russ did his (the s14 box is bigger but s13 has one on driver and one on passenger instead of one big one right?) i wont be doing that, too in depth for me, i would but only if i took out a/c/heater stuff, it would be hot though.

yeah basically just trying to remove some junk, i got it running today, but i can deal with the CEL since it came on 3 days after i bought the car in dec. '01 (though i had the bulb out for a year and a half and just recently put it back in). the only reason i hesitated to go obd-1 was because the greddy turbo kit requires obd-2, but i decided to continue with the DIY piece together kit.

i do love your s14 internal coiled distributor, so many cleaner.

ill have pix tomorrow hopefully. i could get flash in the dark, but wouldnt work too well getting shot of the back of hte manifold.

PS - Capping the fuel line off the charcoal canister REALLY builds up the pressure. Only hassle is waiting for the pressure to wane at the gas station...

 

yeah i actually have had my charcoal canister gone since like the weekend after the big nissan meet in october. sometimes i get alot of pressure sometimes i dont since i have the line capped or i have a screw in it, i dont remember lol.

im living off my money thats left, so as soon as i get some cash flow in from starting work in december, ill be able to get that ecu from you if you still have it. if u dont its ok, the car runs a little smoother now, im going to take pictures now i guess.

sorry i forgot to call you, dunno if u would've wanted to drive to lakeland for that lol. maybe you can come down on a friday sometime and we can go hit up the lakeland hangout theres never anyone there but we could have a nissan dinner with whoever wanted to come from tampa. 40 min drive.

I have a new project this Moday: replace some vacuum, heater, and radiator hose. Kills some preventive maintenance while adding some bling bling!
