Just finished installing one just like it. No throttle grippage, no flakes or nicks...it is perfect. I had to beg and plead to get this christmas gift early. Maite rocks, there is none greater than that fine women of mine.

Actual installed pics to follow tomorrow. It took me about an hour to "repair" the threads on the column. I guess someone had an aftermarket steering wheel on there at one point and used a hammer to get the old wheel off instead of a puller. Nice.
