i need some help... i was going a little to fast and almost missed my turn so i had to e-brake it around the corner then once i did and slid a little my car cut back the other way like somthing was pulling it and now to take a turn i have to turn my steering wheel like all the way.......its not like hard if i were not to have pwr steering but its wierd any help? i can be sitting there and turn my steering wheel al lthe way side ways and my wheels will still be strait

 

dont try to make turns you cant...freeways have other exits, and city streets have other side streets you can turn off on...

I agree.. E-braking to try and make a turn you cant make normally is NOT the answer.. its probabally one of the stupidest things you could do... If your entry speed is to high for "grip" entry.. its certainly too high for "drift" entry

 

To answer your question.... Check to see if you steering rack is loose in the mounts. Might try having someone turn the wheel while you keep an eye on things. Obviously keep an eye out for anything else that might be loose. Maybe the shaft that goes from the steering wheel to rack?

yea take it from me dont try to enter a turn to fast.. I recked my car friday do to that.. went to try and make the corner and my tires didnt grip so I went right over the curb and stop sign.. lets just say it isnt a pretty sight
