Weird Electrical Problem

ok , this has got to be the most fucked up thing . when i turn my car off , my lights r off but one of the lights decides to pop on not poped up just comes on and the bright light symbol appears and the shit ends up killing my battery which is forcing me to buy a new one... has anyone else had this same problem or something like it?. please help> Adam i know u might know

headlight relay.. you have 1 for each side...

It's your headlight relay. I have one laying around if you want it.

Mine is messed up but everyone seems to like it. If I turn off my headlights when the car is on, the left will wink at you several times before stopping at whatever position it decides on. It makes my car stand out...eh, not really
